1. Pateiksite užsakymą ir užpildysite klausimyną, kuriame papasakosite savo istoriją bei galėsite pridėti nuotraukas (tai nėra būtina, tačiau labai padeda kuriant žemėlapį).

Jeigu trūks informacijos ar kils papildomų klausimų, susisieksime su jumis.

2. Paruošę jūsų žemėlapį, atsiųsime jį jums peržiūrėti. Tai bus galimybė paprašyti pakeitimų, pakoreguoti detales, pašalinti nereikalingas vietas ar objektus arba pakeisti juos kitais.

Jeigu reikės minimalių korekcijų, jų atlikimas paprastai užtrunka 2–3 darbo dienas.

Patvirtinus galutinį variantą, užbaigsime užsakymą ir išsiųsime jį jums.

When placing an order, you will choose how many places or stories you would like to see on your map:

• 5-6 places / stories
• 8-10 places / stories
• 12-15 places / stories

Since all MUDDU maps are individually created based on the information and preferences you provide, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, it is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order, so we always send a final preview before production, where you can submit comments and request corrections.

If your order arrives damaged (for example, the frame is broken or there are other damages caused during transport), please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the damage.

The lead time for creating a map depends on the current order volume, but it typically takes up to 10 calendar days for its creation and production.

The exact timeframe also depends on how many corrections or changes you wish to make during the review phase.

Once the final version is approved, the order is usually shipped the next business day. Shipping time should also be added to the total timeframe.

If you need the map urgently, we offer an express service. For an additional fee, we can complete the order within 2–3 business days.

If your map is prepared faster than anticipated, we will ship it immediately after your approval, without waiting for the scheduled deadline.

All MUDDU maps are printed on A3 format paper.

When placing an order, you will be able to choose one of two options:

• Print without frame – the map will be securely packed and sent in a tube.
• Print with frame – for an additional fee, you can choose a frame option at the time of order.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure the map reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
